2 | Dozen oysters; shrimp or Catfish Filets or Sole filets | |
1 | cup | Buttermilk |
Veg oil for deep frying; (360-375 deg. F.) |
Directions
Prepare like Beer Batter I, but only dip the fish in the buttermilk, Do not use the milk in the batter. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
