Fried shrimp

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 ounces Can beer
1 cup Flour
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Paprika Dash Tabasco
2 pounds Shrimp, cleaned Oil for frying

Directions

Pour beer into large bowl. Mix flour salt, paprika and Tabasco sauce with beer; blend well. Coat shrimp with batter just before frying Heat oil to 375 in deep skillet or deep fryer. Fry shrimp, a few at a time, until golden brown and crusty. Drain on paper towels. Transfer shrimp to heated platter; serve at once.
