12 | ounces | Can beer |
1 | cup | Flour |
1 | tablespoon | Salt |
1 | tablespoon | Paprika Dash Tabasco |
2 | pounds | Shrimp, cleaned Oil for frying |
Directions
Pour beer into large bowl. Mix flour salt, paprika and Tabasco sauce with beer; blend well. Coat shrimp with batter just before frying Heat oil to 375 in deep skillet or deep fryer. Fry shrimp, a few at a time, until golden brown and crusty. Drain on paper towels. Transfer shrimp to heated platter; serve at once.
