12.00 | ounce | Beer |
1.00 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1.00 | teaspoon | Salt |
1.00 | Cilantro, fresh; chopped | |
1.00 | Sour cream |
Directions
Sort beans, and rinse thoroughly. Combine beans and water in a Dutch oven; let sit overnight. Bring bean mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 2 hours. Add beer, garlic powder, and salt ot bean mixture; stir well. Cook beans an additional 30 minutes.
Sprinkle cilantro over beans; serve with sour cream.
