3 tablespoons Butter
Salt and pepper

Directions

Dry oysters on a napkin. Heat butter in a frying pan and when very hot add oysters. Season and serve hot. Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos and all.
