Oysters priscilla

Quantity Ingredient
12 \N Oysters; in shell (up to)
2 \N Dozen cooked small shrimp
¼ cup Grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Sliced mushrooms
\N \N Grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups White sauce (consistency of thick batter)
1 dash Garlic salt
1 dash Red pepper

Place a layer of rock salt in bottom of 2 pie pans. Drain oysters and level shells in pan. Bake at 350 for several minutes until heated through. Remove from oven and garnish with 1-2 shrimp and several mushroom slices. Combine white sauce, garlic salt and red pepper. Spoon white sauce generously over each oyster. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and Parmesan. Return pans to oven and bake 15-20 minutes. Brown lightly under broiler.
