Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Chili sauce
½ cup Hot horseradish
1 cup Grated old cheddar
1 cup Grated mozzarella
1 cup Grated brick cheese
36 Oysters
2 cups Fine dry bread crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Combine sauce & horseradish. Combine cheeses.

Shuck oysters; drain. Discard flat upper shell & detach flesh. Over each oyster in shell, spoon 1 tsp. sauce & sprinkle with cheeses. Top with crumbs & bake until cheese has browned.
