From the sea salad

Ingredients

200 grams Macaroni
500 grams Marinated mussels, drained
1 small Onion, sliced
2 Stalks celery
1 large Lemon, grated rind and juice of
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
¼ cup Chopped parsley
½ teaspoon Dried basil
3 tablespoons Salad oil
Salt and pepper

Directions

LEMON DRESSING

Cook the pasta according to directions on the pack. Meanwhile, drain the mussels and chop. Soak onions in icy water. String and slice celery. To make the dressing combine lemon rind and juice, garlic, parsley, basil, oil, salt and pepper. Spoon through the hot pasta with the mussels and onion.
