225 | grams | Shelled prawns; (8oz) |
6 | tablespoons | Low-calorie oil and vinegar dressing |
3 | tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
1 | Lemon; cut in 6 wedges | |
6 | Unshelled prawns |
Directions
TO GARNISH
1. Cook the pasta shells in plenty of boiling water for 8 minutes.
2. Drain, and toss them together with the shelled prawns, dressing and parsley.
3. Garnish with lemon wedges and unshelled prawns.
