Sea shell salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
225 grams Pasta shells; (8oz)
225 grams Shelled prawns; (8oz)
6 tablespoons Low-calorie oil and vinegar dressing
3 tablespoons Chopped parsley
1 Lemon; cut in 6 wedges
6 Unshelled prawns

Directions

TO GARNISH

1. Cook the pasta shells in plenty of boiling water for 8 minutes.

2. Drain, and toss them together with the shelled prawns, dressing and parsley.

3. Garnish with lemon wedges and unshelled prawns.
