Frosted cauliflower

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 medium Cauliflower
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Prepared mustard
¾ cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
x Paprika - to taste

Directions

Remove woody base of cauliflower with sharp parring knife. Place whole head (of cauliflower) in glass dish with 2 tablespoons of water. Loosely cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 6 to 7 minutes a pound, rotating a quarter turn half way through cooking time. Remove cauliflower and let stand while preparing the "frosting". In a 2 cup glass measure, combine mayonnaise, salt, and mustard. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Spread on cauliflower and sprinkle with grated cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with paprika and serve. Submitted By JEFF THOMAS On 11-21-94
