Fruit cookie pie

¼ | cup | Firmly packed Domino Light Brown Sugar |
½ | cup | Domino Granulated Sugar |
1 | each | Egg |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
2 | cups | All-purpose flour |
¾ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | tablespoon | Domino Granulated Sugar |
1½ | each | To 2 cups prepared vanilla pudding |
1½ | cup | Each, sliced kiwi, sliced strawberries, mandarin orange |

Directions
In a medium bowl, beat together butter and sugars until light and creamy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually blend into butter mixture until just moistened.
Press dough evenly into a 12-inch pizza pan. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
