Fruit pizza #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese
½ cup Sugar
Fruit; sliced, drained well
1 Jar (12-oz) apricot preserves

Directions

Put cookie dough on a pizza pan and bake until done. Cool. Beat cream cheese and sugar and spread on cookie. Refrigerate overnight. Arrange fruit on top. Heat preserves and glaze fruit. Rechill before serving.
