Fruity chicken salad ^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Diced cooked chicken
1 cup Halved seedless green grapes
1 cup Diced celery
cup Blanched, salted almonds
1 cup Diced green pepper
½ cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 cup Mayonnaise
Lettuce Leaves
Sliced cantaloupe, peaches or strawberries for garnish

Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill for several hours. Serve on lettuce and garnish with cantaloupe, peaches, or strawberries.
