Pineapple chicken salad^

½ Diced poached chicken
1 can (8oz) unsweetened crushed
Pineapple
¼ cup Lowfat yogurt
¼ cup Sliced celery
¼ cup Sliced green onions
¼ teaspoon Ground ginger
½ teaspoon Curry, or to taste
Lettuce

Directions

Lightly drain pineapple and combine with remaining ingredients. Serve on lettuce.
