1 cup Stilton cheese; crumbled
½ cup Pine nuts
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Buttermilk

Combine all ingredients and bake in 8-inch cake pan at 425 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool a few minutes before cutting.
