Sw green chile cornbread

1 pan bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Butter
½ cup Sugar
4 Eggs
½ cup Green chilies, diced
cup Corn, cream style
½ cup Jack cheese, shredded
½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Flour
1 cup Yellow cornmeal
2 tablespoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

In a mixer, cream butter and sugar; reduce speed to slow and add eggs, one at a time. Add chilies, corn, both cheeses, flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Mix well.

Bake for 1 hour at 325 F in a well buttered 9" square pan.
