Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Cream
8 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate, chop
4 tablespoons Butter, softened

Directions

Bring cream to a boil. Transfer to medium bowl and immediately add choc. l smooth. Let cool slightly. Whisk in butter by teaspoonfuls.
