Ganache filling

| ¼ | cup | Sour cream |
| 9 | ounces | Semisweet chocolate; finely chopped |
Directions
Bring the cream to simmer. Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Pour the mixture over the chocolate in a glass bowl, and stir until smooth.
