Garbanzo spaghetti sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons AM Unrefined Olive Oil
1 medium Onion; chopped
4 Garlic cloves; minced
1 cup Sliced, fresh mushrooms
16 fluid ounce Canned tomato sauce
2½ cup Water
1 cup AM Garbanzo Flour {mixed with... water}
1½ teaspoon Dry, crushed basil
1 teaspoon Dry oregano
1 teaspoon Honey
½ teaspoon Sea salt (optional)
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Saute' onion, garlic and mushrooms in oil until onion is soft. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to simmer. Reduce heat, and simmer on low heat until thick; stirring frequently.
