Garden of eden sandwich

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 large Avocado; mashed
¼ cup Cashews; salted
1 small Onion; sliced thin
1 Ripe tomato; sliced
4 slices American cheese -=OR=-
4 slices Swiss cheese;
2 Hard rolls; halved

Directions

Spread bread halves with mashed avocado. Layer with cashews, onion to taste and tomato slices. Top with cheese slices and place under broil for 4 minutes or until cheese melted. Serve immediately.
