Garlic lovers' noodles

6 ounces No Yolks cholestrol-free Noodles (1/2 package)
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Sage, chopped fresh -=or=-
1 teaspoon Sage, dried
teaspoon Black Pepper, fresh ground
¼ cup Romano Cheese, grated

Directions

Cook No Yolks according to package directions without salt. Meanwhile, saute garlic in oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 2 minutes.

Add sage and pepper. Drain noodles; add to skillet. Stir gently until noodles are evenly coated. Sprinkle with cheese; toss to combine.
