Garlic lovers' noodles

6 | ounces | No Yolks cholestrol-free Noodles (1/2 package) |
3 | cloves | Garlic, minced |
2 | teaspoons | Olive Oil |
1 | tablespoon | Sage, chopped fresh -=or=- |
1 | teaspoon | Sage, dried |
⅛ | teaspoon | Black Pepper, fresh ground |
¼ | cup | Romano Cheese, grated |
Directions
Cook No Yolks according to package directions without salt. Meanwhile, saute garlic in oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 2 minutes.
Add sage and pepper. Drain noodles; add to skillet. Stir gently until noodles are evenly coated. Sprinkle with cheese; toss to combine.
