Garlic pimiento cheese spread

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

2 | pounds | Sharp cheddar cheese; grated |
4 | Juars; (4 oz.) diced pimientos, drained | |
½ | cup | Plus 2 Tablespoon Sandwich and Salad Sauce; (Heinz, I believe.) |
1 | pint | Salad dressing or mayonnaise; (I use Hellman's.) |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
½ | teaspoon | Worchestershire sauce |
½ | teaspoon | Red pepper |
3 | Clove garlic; crushed, ( I use half the amount.) |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cheese in food processor and puree. Add cheese by handfuls until all is combined. I try to make this as smooth as possible.
