Garlicky mushrooms

1 | pounds | Sliced mushrooms |
4 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
7 | larges | Cloves fresh garlic, sliced |
3 | tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
Saute mushrooms in olive oil, covered, about 15 minutes. Uncover; add garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer until liquid evaporates. Do not let garlic brown. Serve and enjoy.
