375 | grams | Button mushrooms; (12oz) |
Salt and freshly ground black pepper | ||
2 | tablespoons | Freshly chopped parsley |
1 | tablespoon | Freshly chopped coriander |
Directions
Melt the butter and add the garlic and mushrooms. Saute over a high heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add seasoning to taste and sprinkle over the fresh herbs. Serve immediately, with crusty bread. Converted by MC_Buster.
