Gasali's grilled zucchini with anchovy sauce

150 | grams | Preserved anchovy chopped |
200 | millilitres | Olive oil |
70 | grams | Parsley |
Salt and pepper |
Directions
Grill the slices of zucchini, with salt and pepper. Beat the olive oil with anchovy. Dress zucchini with oil. Sprinkle with parsley.
