Grilled zucchini with anchovy sauce

150 grams Preserved anchovy chopped
200 millilitres Olive oil
70 grams Parsley
Salt and pepper

Directions

Grill the slices of zucchini, with salt and pepper. Beat the olive oil with anchovy. Dress zucchini with oil. Sprinkle with parsley.
