Directions
I took the liberty of translating this recipe from the homemade cookbook I made for my MIL for Xmas:) Although I am Australian, I live in Germany, so if any of you are looking for German recipes I can send them to you. I have them in German, but can translate, unless you can read German:) 1. Preheat the oven to 220c
2. Line a try with aluminum foil.
3. Clean the paprika, dry and carefully cut out the seeds.
4. Break the cheese into fine pieces with a spoon.
5. Wash and dry the parsley and hack the leaves into small pieces.
6. Whisk the egg, add the yoghurt and then add both the cheese and parsley.
7. Fill the hollowed paprikas with the cheese filling and place them side by side on the tray.
8. Pour the oil over the top and place into the middle of the oven for 15 20 mins.
9. Remove and pour over the lemon juice. Also season with pepper and oregano.
10. Serve with warm bread.
