Giblet gravy

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Chicken or turkey broth
¼ cup Flour
10¾ ounce Can cream of chicken soup,
Undiluted
½ cup (to 3/4 cup) chopped giblets or
Pieces of chicken or turkey
3 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Pepper to taste

Directions

"This makes enough for a family turkey dinner, with leftovers for sandwiches the next day, and revives not only the turkey, but your appetite."

Mix broth and flour until smooth in a medium saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook, stirring constantly, until hot and thickened.
