Giblet stuffing

Ingredients

Giblets and neck of turkey; boiled and chopped | ||
⅔ | cup | Diced apples |
1 | cup | Chopped celery |
10 | cups | Soft bread crumbs |
¼ | cup | Chopped parsley |
⅓ | Chopped onion | |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
⅓ | cup | Butter or margarine; melted |
¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | Egg; beaten | |
Sage; to taste | ||
¼ | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning; optional |
½ | cup | Turkey broth |
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Stuff turkey or shape mixture into balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
