Gingered turnips

Ingredients

2 | pounds | Turnips, peeled and cubed |
¼ | cup | Beef stock |
½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
2 | teaspoons | Soy sauce |
Directions
