Gingered cabbage

Juice Of 1 Lemon | ||
Fresh Parsley; Minced |
Directions
Note 1: any cabbage or chard can be used, about 1½ lbs, core, shred, chop
Heat the oil in a large skillet over med-high heat, and saute the cabbage, stirring occasionally. When it is limp but not mushy, after about 10 min, add the garlic, salt and pepper, and cook another 2 min, stirring. Add the ginger, cook another minute, and remove to a platter. Drizzle with the lemon juice, sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
