Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Rolled oats, regular
1 cup Flour
½ teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Nutmeg or allspice
teaspoon Cinnamon
teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Apple juice concentrate
½ cup Raisins
2 Egg whites
1 cup Crushed pineapple,
Unsweetened, drained
1 medium Orange, juice and grated
Peel of
2 tablespoons Canola oil

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another. Combine and let stand to absorb, 2-3 minutes. Drop by teaspoons onto a spryed cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350F. until browned.

Variation: Add carob chips for the kids.
