Goat cheese and sun-dried tomato pate

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 ounces Jarred sun-dried tomatoes --
Drained & chopped
4 ounces Goat cheese
teaspoon Dried thyme
8 larges Slices fresh French bread
2 teaspoons Minced parsley

Directions

In a medium-sized bowl combine tomatoes, goat cheese, and thyme. Lightly toast French bread and spread with tomato mixture. Top with parsley and serve.
