Goat cheese and olive spread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 ounces Goat cheese (chevre)
4 ounces Cream cheese or ricotta cheese, at room temperature
2 Green onions, chopped
¼ cup Chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
¼ cup Coarsely chopped black olives
½ teaspoon Pepper
Assorted fresh vegetables
(carrots,celery,fennel,green beans,cauliflower), cut in bite-sized pieces

Directions

1. Blend together goat cheese and cream cheese in food processor or by hand until smooth.

2. Add green onions, basil, olive oil and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Add olives and pepper and combine just to incorporate olives.
