Goat cheese in puff pastry with honey and toasted pine nuts

Puff pastry squares, defrosted | ||
Goat cheese, enough for about 2 Tbls per square | ||
Honey | ||
Pine nuts, toasted in ungreased saute pan until golden |
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Place dollop of goat cheese on each pastry square and fold over to form triangle. (? nice Purim touch) Seal edges with water and press with fork. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 25 minutes.
