½ | cup | Rice cereal |
¼ | teaspoon | Mustard,powdered |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
3 | Eggs | |
3 | Tomatoes,sliced | |
½ | teaspoon | Parsley flakes |
2 | cups | Cheddar cheese,shredded |

Directions
1. Combine milk and salt in a large saucepan; bring to a rapid boil.
2. Slowly stir in cereal, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
3. Stir in mustard and butter.
4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until well blended.
5. Spread cereal mixture in a greased 9-inch-square baking pan; arrange tomato slices on top.
6. Sprinkle tomatoes with parsley, cheese and paprika.
7. Bake in preheated 350'F. oven 20 minutes, or until cheese melts.
