Golden dijon barbeque ribs

1 | cup | Liquid Honey |
¾ | cup | French's Dijon Mustard |
2 | eaches | To 3 Tbsp Durkee Hot Sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Soya sauce |
2 | teaspoons | Onion powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
Directions
To prepare ribs: Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Place in large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 1 hour, or until the meat is tender. Drain ribs. Brush Golden Dijon Barbeque Sauce generously over the ribs. Barbeque or broil 4-inches from the heat about 5 minutes per side. Baste ribs again with sauce just before serving. Makes 6 servings. To make Golden Dijon Barbeque Sauce: In medium saucepan combine honey, dijon mustard, hot sauce, doy sauce, onion and garlic powders. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes; stir occasionally. Refrigerate any leftover sauce. ( Great for BBQ chicken too!).
