Gorgonzola cream sauce

2 c milk

1 TB flour

1 TB butter -- melted

3 TB gorgonzola cheese -- cru

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and mix 'til smooth. Add milk, stirring until thickened. Then add cheese, stirring until melted and sauce is smooth.
