Great potato bread (1.5# and 1#)

Measure Ingredient
5 ounces Warm water, (3 1/2 oz)
2 tablespoons Butter, (1T)
2 \N Eggs, (1)
½ cup Buttermilk, non-fat, (2 1/2 oz)
¼ cup Dry milk, (2T)
4 tablespoons Mashed potato flakes, (2 1/2T)
1 teaspoon Salt, (1/2t)
2¾ cup Bread flour, (2C)
2 tablespoons Sugar, (4t)
1 teaspoon Active dry yeast, (1/2 t)

Load ingredients in bread basket according to your machine's instructions.

Note: I did use 2 teaspoons of yeast in the 1⅕# loaf in my Hitachi machine. The recipes calls for 2 t only in the Panasonic/National machines.
