Potato-onion bread (1 1/2 pound recipe)

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1⅛ cup Water
1½ tablespoon Butter or margarine; softened
3 cups Bread flour
½ cup Mashed potato flakes
3 tablespoons Dried onions
1 tablespoon Sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
2⅝ teaspoon Yeast

Make 1½-pound recipe for bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 1-pound recipe for bread machines that use 2 cups flour.

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
