Green beans (my adaptation of dry fried beans)

Green beans | ||
1 | tablespoon | Bacon fat |
3 | tablespoons | Bacon pieces (either cut up & cook the bacon, reserving 1 TBS of fat & the bacon or using Hormel's bacon pieces do not use imitatation bacon soy product) |
Chopped garlic to taste | ||
Chopped hot peppers (to taste) | ||
Drained beans |
Directions
parboil green beans (amount dependant on # of people). In a stir fry pan, or fry pan, mix all, over high heat.
toss until well coated & beans are heated thoroughly serve
