Green chile quiche

16 ounces Liquid egg substitute; label must say 0 gms. fat
4 ounces Can chopped green chilies
½ cup 1% cottage cheese
6 tablespoons Lite sour cream
1 cup Alpine Lace Free & Lean fat free cheese; shredded
4 tablespoons Flour
¼ cup Onion; chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In food processor or blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, lite sour cream, and flour. Mix until there are no lumps remaining. Pour into large bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir. Pour into 9" pie plate sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Makes its own crust!! Grams of Fat per Serving: 1; Calories per Serving: 134.
