Chili quiches

Ingredients

1 | cup | Monterey Jack cheese |
1 | cup | Cheddar |
1 | cup | Half and half |
1 | can | (4 oz) chopped green chilies |
1 | small | Jar pimentos |
4 | Eggs | |
1 | cup | Bisquick |
2 | teaspoons | Tabasco sauce |
Directions
Grease pan; sprinkle chilies, cheese and pimentos on bottom of pan. Mix eggs and Bisquick, add half and half; mix together with electric mixer.
Pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
