Grilled chicken or fish with calamata-caper salsa

Quantity Ingredient
2 Roma tomatoes; seeded and diced
½ cup Red onion; diced
6 Basil leaves; chopped
4 tablespoons Capers
¼ cup Calamata olives; pitted and chopped
4 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ cup Olive oil
Salt and pepper; to taste

Directions

Mix together above ingredients. Serve over grilled chicken or fish. Serves 4-6.
