1 large Lemon; to segment
1 can Green peppercorns; drained
2 Sprigs rosemary
1 Anchovy fillet
2 Cloves garlic; chopped
12 Lamb chops

Directions

Segment lemon, combine all except lamb. Heat ridged griddle plate. Cook lamb. Plate and spoon over dressing.
