Grilled orange vinaigrette chicken salad

1 | pounds | Boned and skinned chicken breasts |
1 | bunch | Romaine lettuce; torn |
11 | ounces | Can mandarin oranges; drained |
Your choice; chopped fresh vegetables | ||
½ | cup | Orange juice |
½ | cup | White wine vinegar |
¼ | cup | Olive oil |
¼ | cup | Mrs. Dash's garlic and herb seasoning |
1½ | tablespoon | Sugar |
Directions
SALAD
DRESSING
Whisk together all dressing ingredients; setting aside ½ cup. Brush chicken with reserved dressing. Grill (turning and brushing occasionally) until done. Cut chicken into strips. Serve over letuce with oranges and desired vegetables. Drizzle remaining dressing over salad. *this is both salt and virtually fat free. It's also delicious! Recipe by: Mrs. Dash
