Grilled orange vinaigrette chicken salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Boned and skinned chicken breasts
1 bunch Romaine lettuce; torn
11 ounces Can mandarin oranges; drained
Your choice; chopped fresh vegetables
½ cup Orange juice
½ cup White wine vinegar
¼ cup Olive oil
¼ cup Mrs. Dash's garlic and herb seasoning
tablespoon Sugar

Directions

DRESSING

Whisk together all dressing ingredients; setting aside ½ cup. Brush chicken with reserved dressing. Grill (turning and brushing occasionally) until done. Cut chicken into strips. Serve over letuce with oranges and desired vegetables. Drizzle remaining dressing over salad. *this is both salt and virtually fat free. It's also delicious! Recipe by: Mrs. Dash
