2 larges Plantains
Cayenne to taste

Directions

Cut plantains into fourths crosswise, then slice lengthwise to form rectangular pieces about ¼" thick & about 2" long. Sprinkle with cayenne & grill or broil for about 6 minutes, or until just tender.
