Grilled salmon with cucumber dill sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 7-oz salmon filets
Salt and pepper
½ cup White wine
cup Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Heavy cream
1 Shallot; minced
1 cup Unsalted butter
1 Cuke; peeled, seeded and sliced
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh dill

Directions

Season salmon with salt and pepper and grill til done. Combine wine, lemon juice, cream and shallot in a saucepan and cook over high heat til mixture slightly thick. Whisk in butter over low heat. Add cuke and chopped dill.Serve over salmon filets. Sauce makes 2 C.
