Ingredients

1 pounds Lean ground beef
¼ cup Chopped onion
¼ cup Chopped green pepper
10 ounces Can enchilada sauce
8 ounces Can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Chili powder
12 Corn tortillas
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1⅓ cup Milnot (i use the whole
1 Can)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 13 x 9" baking dish.

Lightly brown beef, onion and green pepper. Drain, add enchilada and tomato sauces, salt, and chili powder. Simmer about 6 minutes.

In dish, layer 1 c meat sauce, tortillas, cheese and remaining meat sauce. Pour Milnot over top. Bake 35-40 minutes.

Hint: The Milnot is the secret ingredient in this recipe.
