Guacamole burger topping

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Ripe avocados, halved &
Pitted
2 tablespoons PICO DE GALLO TOPPING
1 teaspoon Fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Freshly minced garlic
teaspoon Salt

Directions

Spoon avocado from skin into a bowl & mash with fork until chunky.

Stir in remaining ingredients. If not serving immediately, spread plastic wrap over surface of guacamole to prevent discoloration.
