Halibut broccoli pie

Ingredients

3 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
cup Flaked halibut
1 cup Finely chopped onion
1 pack Frozen chopped broccoli,
Thawed and drained
1⅓ cup Milk
3 Eggs
¾ cup Bisquick baking mix
½ teaspoon Lemon pepper
¼ teaspoon Minced garlic
teaspoon Dried thyme

Directions

Mix 2 cups cheese, halibut, onion and broccoli together and place in a 10" greased pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, lemon pepper, garlic and thyme. Pour over halibut-broccoli mixture. Bake 400o for 25-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese and bake 1-2 minutes longer to melt cheese.

Cool 5 minutes and cut into wedges. Garnish with tomato and parsley.
